摘要:
目的观察消肿止痛合剂的抗炎镇痛作用及急性毒性。 方法采用最大给药量测定方法测定消肿止痛合剂SD大鼠的半数致死量（LD50）；采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀实验、大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验及冰醋酸致大鼠疼痛实验考察消肿止痛合剂的药效学。 结果SD成年大鼠最大给药量为25 mL/kg（相当于成人临床拟用量的30倍）时，除部分大鼠体质量降低、稀便软便外，其余大鼠均未出现死亡和明显的急性毒性反应。与阳性对照组比较，消肿止痛合剂能改善模型大鼠足肿胀（P＜0.05）、棉球肉芽肿（P＜0.05）和疼痛程度（P＜0.05）。 结论消肿止痛合剂具有急、慢性抗炎及镇痛作用，且未见明显毒副反应。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Xiaozhong Zhitong mixture and its acute toxicity test. MethodsMaximum dosage determination method was adopted to detect median lethal dose (LD50) of Xiaozhong Zhitong mixture in SD rats; carrageen glue-induced foot swelling in rats, cotton ball granuloma test in rats and glacial acetic acid-induced pain in rats were applied to survey the pharmacodynamics of Xiaozhong Zhitong mixture. ResultsWhen maximum dosage given to adult SD rats was 25 mL/kg(amounting to 30 times of intended clinical dose for adult), the rest showed no death and obvious acute toxicity test besides that part of the rats had reduced body weight, soft and loose stools. Compared with positive control group, Xiaozhong Zhitong mixture could improve foot swelling in rat model (P<0.05), cotton ball granuloma (P<0.05) and pain degree (P<0.05). ConclusionXiaozhong Zhitong mixture has acute and chronic anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects and no obvious toxic and side effects were obseved.
