摘要:
基于“痰浊”理论，结合古代医籍与近年文献的相关研究，阐述痰浊与肿瘤、痰浊与抑郁之间的相关性；在肿瘤相关抑郁的病因病机中，痰浊与气郁相互影响，互为因果；临证之时，不可忽视痰浊因素的影响，治疗中应重视除痰解气郁，促进津液流通，健脾养胃，以杜绝痰浊内生。
Abstract:
On the foundation of "phlegm-turbidity" theory, combined with the relevant studies in ancient medical books and modern literatures, the article expounds the correlation between phlegm-turbidity and tumor, phlegm-turbidity and depression. In the etiology and pathogenesis of tumor-related depression, phlegm-turbidity and Qi depression interact as both cause and effects. In clinic, we should not neglect the influences of phlegm-turbidity, we should attach importance to removing phlegm and relieving Qi depression, promoting the circulation of body fluid, as well as invigorating spleen and stomach, so as to prevent the generation of phlegm turbidity.
