摘要:
目的研究冰糖草总黄酮的提取工艺及抗氧化活性。 方法以总黄酮提取量为指标,利用Box Behnken设计三因素三水平进行响应面试验,确定最佳提取工艺;采用清除1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基和测定总还原能力的方法评价总黄酮的抗氧化活性。 结果最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数72%,液料比32∶1,超声温度55℃,其提取量达到36.82 mg/g。总黄酮对DPPH自由基的清除能力较强且高于Vc,也具有一定的还原能力而略低于维生素C(Vc)。 结论优化所得工艺稳定可行,冰糖草总黄酮具有较好的抗氧化活性。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study the extraction process of total flavonoids from Bingtangcao (Scoparia dulcis L.) and the antioxidant activity. MethodsTaking total flavonoids yield as the indexes, Box Bnhnken was used to design for three factors and three levels for response surface test, and to determine the optimum extraction conditions; the antioxidant activity of total flavonoids were assessed by adopting the methods of scavenging DPPH radical and measuring total reduction ability. ResultsThe optimum extracting conditions were obtained as follows: 72% ethanol as solvent, liquid-solid ratio of 32:1, ultrasonic temperature 55℃, under the condition, the extraction amount was 36.82mg/g. The scavenging ability of total flavonoids to DPPH radical is stronger and higher than that of Vc, it also has a certain reduction ability, which is slightly lower than that of Vc. ConclusionThe optimized extraction process is stable and feasible. Total flavonoids of Bingtangcao have good antioxidant activity.
