摘要:
目的：观察中西药联合治疗功能性腹泻的临床疗效及对患者肠道功能的影响。方法：将90例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各45例。对照组给予西药常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药治疗，2组均连续治疗15天。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后症状积分、胃肠激素水平和生活质量评分的变化情况。结果：总有效率对照组为84.44%，观察组为97.78%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。症状积分、胃肠激素水平、生活质量评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中西药联合治疗功能性腹泻有较好的临床疗效，可明显改善患者的肠道功能，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe therapeutic effects of herbs combined with western medicine in the treatment for functional diarrhea and its influence on intestinal function of the patients. Methods: Ninety patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 45 cases each group. The control group accepted routine treatment of western medicine, and the observation group took herbs on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted, both groups were treated for 15 days consecutively. Clinical effects, the changes of symptoms scales, gastrointestinal hormone and quality of life before and after treating of both groups were observed.Results: Total effective rate of the control group was 84.44%, lower than 97.78% of the observation group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of symptom scales, the levels of gastrointestinal hormone and quality of life before and after treating between both groups (P＜0.05); the difference was significant in the comparison between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Herbs combined with western medicine are effective in treating functional diarrhea, which could improve intestinal function of the patients obviously and raise quality of life.
