摘要:
目的：观察应用中西医结合护理对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者康复效果的影响。方法：将90例急性心肌梗死恢复期患者随机分为中西组和对照组各45例，对照组给予常规护理，中西组采用中西医结合护理方法进行护理，比较2组患者住院４周时的临床疗效及出院时心肌梗死知识知晓率、治疗依从性、护理满意度。结果：中西组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为93.3%、73.3%，2组比较差异显著(P＜0.05)，AMI知识知晓率、治疗依从性和护理满意度中西组高于对照组。结论：中西医结合护理可促进急性心肌梗死患者康复，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of nursing on the patients suffering from acute myocardial infarction (AMI) at recovery stage by integrative medicine. Methods: All 90 patients were randomized into the group of integrative medicine and the control group, the control group was administered with routine nuring, the group of integrative medicine received the nursing by integrative medicine, clinical effects in four weeks after hospitalization, awareness rate of AMI knowledge, treatment compliance and satisfactory degree of nursing were compared in both groups when the patients were discharged. Results: Total effective rates of the group of integrative medicine and the control group were 93.3% and 73.3% respectively, the difference was significant (P＜0.05), the group of integrative medicine was higher than the control group in awareness rate of AMI knowledge, treatment compliance and satisfactory degree of nursing. Conclusion: Nursing by integrative medicine could promote the recovery of AMI patients, and improve life quality of the patients.
