摘要:
目的：对甘肃省兰州市大学生进行中医体质调查，分析其中医体质类型的分布特点，并调查大学生的生活习惯等后天因素，探求大学生中医体质类型形成与后天生活因素的相关性。方法：采用随机抽样的方法，抽取兰州市3所高校419名大学生，采用标准化的9种中医体质量表调查法辨识学生中医体质。结果：平和体质占13.6%，偏颇体质占86.4%；偏颇体质中居于前3位的是阴虚质、气虚质、阳虚质。结论：高校大学生以偏颇体质居多，阴虚质、气虚质是其常见偏颇体质。在校大学生偏颇体质中阴虚质与睡眠时间、饮酒、便秘、失眠4大因素呈正相关，气虚质与精神压力、失眠2因素呈正相关。
Abstract:
Objective: To examine the acquired factors such as college students’ living habits, and explore the correlation between the formation of TCM constitution types and the acquired life factors of college students by investigating the TCM constitution of college students in Lanzhou, and analyzing the distribution characteristics of their TCM constitution types. Methods: The 419 college students from three colleges in Lanzhou were selected by random sampling method, and the nine standardized TCM constitution scaling survey methods were used to carry out the TCM constitution identification. Results: The normal constitutions accounted for 13.6%, and the biased constitution accounted for 86.4%; The top three in the biased constitution were constitution of Yin deficiency, Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency. Conclusion: College students are mostly in biased constitution, and the common biased constitutions are Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency. Among the biased constitution of the college students, Yin deficiency constitution is positively correlated to the four factors as sleeping time, drinking, constipation and insomnia. What’s more, Qi deficiency constitution is positively correlated to the two factors as mental stress and insomnia.
