摘要:
目的：观察仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗老年骨质疏松性腰椎压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机均分为2组。对照组行开放手术内固定治疗，术后给予常规性营养神经、止痛、消肿、加强骨组织营养、预防伤口感染等对症支持治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予仙灵骨葆胶囊，口服，3粒/次，2次/d。连续服用6周。观察2组治疗前后疼痛情况、活动能力评分和骨密度及骨降钙素水平的变化情况。结果：疼痛及活动能力评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。骨密度及骨降钙素治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：针对老年骨质疏松所致腰椎压缩性骨折患者，使用仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗，能有效提高骨密度，减轻患者痛苦，提高患者活动能力。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of XianLing GuBao capsules in treating senile osteoporotic compression fracture of lumbar vertebra. Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into two groups. The control group accepted internal fixation by open surgery, and supportive treatment after the operation including conventional tropic nerve, stopping pain, relieving the swelling, enhancing bone tissue nutrition, preventing wound infection and others, the observation group took XianLing GuBao capsules on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted, oral administration, three pills each time, twice each day. Both groups were treated for six weeks consecutively. The changes of bone calcitonin (CT) and bone density levels, pain conditions and activity ability scales of both groups were observed before and after treating. Results: The difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of pain, activity ability scales between before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons after treating between both groups (P＜0.05). The difference presented statistical meaning in the comparisons of bone density and bone CT between before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons after treating between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Treating the patients suffering compression fracture of lumbar vertebra induced by senile osteoporosis with XianLing GuBao capsules could effectively raise bone density, relieve the pain and improve activity ability of the patients.
