摘要:
符文彬教授运用整合针灸思维创立“一针二灸三巩固”的针灸阶梯治疗模式治疗老年失眠，他认为失眠多由阴阳失衡，营卫失和，五脏失调所致，与手足三阴经、督脉、任脉相关，与心、肝、脾、肾、胆等脏腑相关，病位在心，治疗以调和阴阳，宁心安神为主，并依病情、病因及兼症分而治之，在治疗中首先运用毫针针剌，以手少阴心经、督脉经穴及背俞穴为主穴，然后根据病证特点或艾灸、或火针、或刺络以加强疗效，最后用耳针或埋皮内针巩固疗效。
Abstract:
Professor Fu Wenbin created acupuncture ladder therapeutic mode of "acupuncture-moxibustion-consolidation" based on the thinking of integrated acupuncture and treated senile insomnia by the therapy, he thought that insomnia was caused by Yin-Yang imbalance, disharmony between Ying and Wei and viscera disorder, related to three Yin meridians of hand and foot, governor meridian and Ren meridian, related to the viscera of heart, liver, spleen, kidney, gallbladder and others, located at heart, therapeutic principles should regulate YinYang and tranquilize the mind mainly, the therapies for the disease should be based on the conditions, cause and the complications differently. Filiform needles should be used in the therapy firstly, and acupoints selection should be chosen from ShaoYin heart meridian of hand, governor meridian and back Shu points, and then moxa-moxibustion, fire needle or venesection were adopted according to the features of disease to enhance clinical effects, consequently, ear acupuncture or intradermal needling was used to consolidate clinical effects.
