摘要:
目的：分析吞咽障碍的病因、治疗、护理情况，客观反映文献的引用规律及特征。方法：采用文献计量分析法，统计1998—2015年间刊载出现吞咽障碍的248篇论文，以此作为数据源，利用Excel软件对全部引文数据进行分析处理，分别对疾病种类、纳入的病例数、治疗及干预措施、发表省份、发表数量、发表作者及单位、主要发表期刊等指标，进行文献计量学统计分析。结果：248篇论文中疾病种类共有20种(脑血管病最多，其中脑卒中194篇，颅脑损伤9篇)。吞咽障碍治疗与干预措施中康复功能训练的最多62篇，其次是康复护理57篇。发表文章中纳入的病例数最多的在51～100例之间，共有107篇；其次是0～50例的有53篇。发表期刊最多的是中国实用医学12篇。发表省份最多的是广东34篇，其次是山东27篇。发表医院最多的是南京医科大学第一附属医院共5篇(消化科2篇、护理部2篇、康复科1篇)。2014年发表数量最多共42篇。发表作者最多的是南京医科大学第一附属医院消化科林征共发表4篇。结论：文章质量及对临床的指导意义有待提高。
Abstract:
Objective: To reflect the citation laws and the features of the literatures objectively by analyzing the causes, therapy and nursing conditions of dysphagia. Methods: By using bibliometrics analysis, all 248 papers appearing dysphagia which were published from 1998 to 2015 were counted, and the data was taken as data source, all the citation data were analyzed and dealt with Excel software, the indexes of the types of the disease, the included case load, therapies and the intervention measures, publication province, number of the publications, the publishing author and the unit, main publishing journals and others were counted and analyzed respectively. Results: Altogether there were 20 types of disease among 248 papers (cerebrovascular disease the most, among them, 194 papers about stroke and nine papers about craniocerebral injury). The papers about rehabilitation functional training in the treatment and intervention measures of dysphagia were at most and there were 62 papers, the next was rehabilitation care and 57 papers. Among the published papers, the included case load ranged between 51 and 100 cases at most, all 107 papers; the next, there were 53 papers with the case load ranging from 0 to 50 cases. The journal published the most was China Clinical Practical Medicine, and 12 papers. The province in which the papers were published the most was Guangdong and 34 papers, the next was ShanDong and 27 papers. The hospital of which the papers were published the most was the first affiliated hospital with Nanjing Medical University and altogether there were five papers (two papers from gastroenterology dept, two papers from nursing dept and one paper from the rehabilitation dept). In the year of 2014 the papers were published at most and all 42 papers. The authors from gastroenterology dept, the first affiliated hospital with Nanjing Medical University published the papers at most and four papers. Conclusion: The quality of the papers and its guiding significance to clinical work need to be improved further.
