摘要:
阐述补肾活血法对子宫内膜异位症（endometriosis，EMs）患者卵巢储备功能的影响以及肾虚血瘀与EMs并发不孕的相关性，指出临床上EMs引起卵巢储备功能异常常见于EMs疾病本身和手术的影响，而中医学认为EMS并发不孕与肾虚血瘀关系密切，补肾活血法在改善卵巢储备功能、提高卵巢对促性腺激素的反应性、提高女性的生育能力等方面具有优势。
Abstract:
It was pointed out that endometriosis (EMs)-induced ovarian reserve dysfunction were commonly seen in EMs itself and the effects of the operation in clinic by illustrating the influence of EMs on ovarian reserve function and the correlation between renal deficiency blood stasis and EMs accompanying infertility, while EMs accompanying infertility was closely related to renal deficiency and blood stasis, the method of kidney-tonifying blood-activating possessed the advantages of improving ovarian reserve function, ovarian reactivity to gonadotropin and female infertility.
