摘要:
通过分析甘肃省中医院脑病科收住的1例以脑梗死为临床表现伴术后癫痫的烟雾病（moyamoya disease，MMD）患者的临床表现、影像学检查、治疗及预后探讨MMD的诊断及其术后并发症的防治，指出数字减影血管造影虽然为MMD诊断的金标准，但需结合临床症状、影像学表现进行诊断，一旦确诊应早期治疗、长期服用药物者需定期复查，预防并发症，外科手术是目前公认的治疗MMD的首选方法，同时通过中西医结合治疗相关并发症具有一定优势。
Abstract:
By analyzing clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, treatment and the prognosis of moyamoya disease(MMD) patient who presented the symptoms of cerebral infarction complicated with postoperative epilepsy, admitted to department of Encephalopathy, Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the diagnosis of MMD is explored, as well as the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications, it was pointed out that digital subtraction angiography (DSA) is the gold standard for the diagnosis of MMD, and it needs to be combined with clinical symptoms and imaging findings, once diagnosed, early treatment, long-term medication and regular check should be given to prevent the complications, surgery is currently recognized as the first choice of MMD, integrative medicine therapy owns the certain advantages in the treatment for the related complications.
