摘要:
目的：探讨渐进式肌肉放松训练联合健康教育对肺癌化疗患者消极心理状态、遵医行为及护理满意度的影响。方法：将肺癌化疗患者129例采用随机数表法分为观察组65例与对照组64例，对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理基础上采用健康教育及渐进式肌肉放松训练，对比两组患者消极心理状态、遵医行为的改善情况及护理满意度。结果：观察组患者干预后紧张焦虑、愤怒敌意、疲乏迟钝、抑郁沮丧评分低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，精力活力评分高于对照组(P＜0.05)，迷惑混乱与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；观察组患者遵医行为优良率为96.9％(63/65)，高于对照组的82.8％(53/64)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组患者护理满意度为95.4％(62/65)，高于对照组的79.7％(51/64)(P＜0.05)。结论：渐进式肌肉放松训练联合健康教育能够有效改善肺癌化疗患者消极心理状态与遵医行为，提高护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of health education and progressive muscle relaxation training on negative psychological state, compliance behaviors and nursing satisfaction of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: A total of 129 lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy were allocated to 65 cases of the observation group and 64 cases of the control group using random number table method, the control group adopted conventional nursing, and the observation group used health education and progressive muscle relaxation training. To compare negative psychological state, compliance behaviors and nursing satisfaction between both groups. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group in tension and anxiety, anger and hostility, fatigue and dullness, depression and frustration, and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). higher than the control group in the scores of energy and vigour(P＜0.05), the difference had no statistical meaning in confusion and disorder compared with the control group(P＞0.05); the excellent rate of compliance behaviors in the observation group was 96.9%(63/65), higher than 82.8%(53/64) of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05); nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 95.4%(62/65), higher than 79.7%(51/64) of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Health education and progressive muscle relaxation training could effectively improve negative psychological state and compliance behaviors, raise nursing satisfaction of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
