摘要:
目的：观察温针灸联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心功能衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)的临床疗效。方法：将60例CHF患者随机分为两组，每组30例。对照组治以西医常规疗法，观察组在此基础上给予温针灸联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗，两组疗程均为8周。治疗结束后，对比两组血浆脑钛钠(plasma brain natriuretic peptide，NT-ProBNP)水平、左心室舒张末期内径(left ventricular end-diastolic funtcion inner diameter，LVED)、左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction，LVEF)及临床疗效。结果：总有效率观察组为86.7%(26/30)，对照组为73.3%(22/30)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。LVEF、LVED、NT-ProBNP水平治疗前后组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:温针灸联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗CHF疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of warming acupuncture and moxibustion and Qili Qiangxin capsules in treating chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods: Sixty CHF patients were randomized into two groups, 30 cases each group. The control group accepted conventional therapy of Western medicine, and the observation group warming acupuncture and moxibustion and Qili Qiangxin capsules, both groups were treated for eight weeks. By the end of the therapy, to compare the levels of NT-ProBNP, LVED, LVEF and clinical effects between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 86.7% (26/30), higher than 73.3% (22/30) of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the levels of LVEF, LVED and NT-ProBNP within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Warming acupuncture and moxibustion and Qili Qiangxin capsules are effective in treating CHF.
