摘要:
目的观察健脾清化汤对甲硝唑耐药幽门螺杆菌hefABC基因表达水平的影响，探讨健脾清化汤发挥杀菌作用的机制。 方法应用Real-time PCR技术，检测健脾清化汤作用后甲硝唑耐药幽门螺杆菌hefABC基因表达量的变化。 结果与对照组相比，各不同浓度健脾清化汤组hefA、hefC基因表达量均明显下降（P＜0.05），各组hefB基因表达量无明显差异（P＞0.05）。 结论健脾清化汤能够抑杀对甲硝唑耐药的幽门螺杆菌，其机制可能与下调耐药幽门螺杆菌外排基因hefA、hefC的表达量相关。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the effects of Jianpi Qinghua Tang on the expressions of metronidazole resistance Helicobacter pylori genes hefABC and explore the mechanism of the decoction developing its bactericidal action. MethodsReal-time PCR technology was used to detect the expressions of metronidazole resistance Helicobacter pylori genes hefABC after Jianpi Qinghua Tang acting on Hp. ResultsCompared with the control group, the expressions of hefA and hefC genes in different concentrations of Jianpi Qinghua Tang groups were reduced obviously (P<0.05), no obvious difference has been found in the expressions of hefB genes between different groups (P>0.05). ConclusionJianpi Qinghua Tang could kill metronidazole-resistance Hp, and its mechanism might be related to down regulating the expressions of hefA and hefB.
