摘要:
目的观察综合护理联合健康教育对急性胰腺炎预后的影响。 方法选取120例急性胰腺炎患者，根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组60例。观察组采用综合护理联合健康教育模式，对照组采用常规护理模式，两组均干预2周。比较两组生活质量评分、临床症状消失时间、护理质量评分。 结果干预后，两组生活质量评分均较干预前提高（P＜0.05），且观察组各项评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组临床症状消失时间及排气恢复时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组健康宣教、依从性、护士态度、病房环境评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论采用综合护理联合健康教育能够有效改善急性胰腺炎患者的生活质量，快速消除临床症状，同时也有利于提高护理质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the effects of comprehensive care and health education on the prognosis of acute pancreatitis (AP). MethodsAll 120 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 60 cases in each group. The observation group adopted comprehensive care and health education, and the control group employed conventional nursing model, both groups were intervened for two weeks. To compare the scores of quality of life, the disappearing time of clinical symptoms and nursing quality between both groups. ResultsAfter the intervention, the scores of quality of life were raised in both groups compared with before the intervention (P<0.05), and the scores of different items of the observation group were remarkably higher than these of the control group (P<0.05); the observation group was lower than the control group in the disappearing time of clinical symptoms and exhaust recovery time (P<0.05); the observation group was lower than the control group in the scores of health education, compliance, nurses' attitude and ward envi-ronment (P<0.05). ConclusionComprehensive nursing and health education could effectively improve AP patients' quality of life, rapidly mitigate clinical symptoms, meanwhile it is beneficial to raise the quality of nursing.
