摘要:
目的探讨穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）患者的影响。 方法选取80例老年COPD患者，经随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组，每组各40例。对照组采用穴位按摩，观察组采用穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷。比较两组干预前后中医证候评分、肺功能、呼吸情况、运动耐力和生活质量。 结果观察组干预后咳嗽、喘息、痰多而黏、口黏腻等中医证候评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组干预后第1秒呼气容积（forced expiratory volume in one second，FEV1）、每分钟最大通气量（maximum ventilatory volume，MVV）、用力肺活量（forced vital capacity，FVC）高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组干预后30s坐立次数试验（sit and stand test for 30 seconds，30s SST）、6 min步行试验（6 minutes walking distance，6MWT）高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组干预后疾病影响、活动受限、呼吸症状等生活质量维度评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷能缓解老年COPD患者的临床症状，促进肺功能恢复，改善运动耐力，提高生活质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the application of acupoint massage combined with acupoint application in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). MethodsAll 80 elderly patients with COPD were allocated to the observation group and the control group using random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group adopted acupoint massage, and the observation group acupoint massage combined with acupoint application. To compare TCM syndrome scales, lung function, respiratory function, exercise tolerance and quality of life before and after the intervention between both groups. ResultsThe scores of TCM syndrome including cough, wheezing, excessive sticky sputum, sticky and greasy in mouth of the observation group were lower than these of the control group after the intervention (P<0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group in FEV1, MVV and FVC after the intervention (P<0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group in 30s SST and 6MWT after the intervention (P<0.05); the observation group was lower than the control group in the scores of the dimensions such as disease impact, activity limitation and respiratory symptoms (P<0.05). ConclusionAcupoint massage combined with acupoint application could relieve clinical symptoms in elderly patients with COPD, promote the recovery of lung function, improve exercise tolerance and quality of life.
