摘要:
目的观察利胆化痰活血方对高脂高糖高盐饮食诱导的代谢综合征大鼠肥胖相关指标的影响。 方法将42只SD大鼠随机分为普通饲料喂养的空白组（Control组，9只）和高脂高糖高盐饮食喂养的造模组（Model组，33只），喂养12周建立代谢综合征大鼠模型。成模后将模型组分为代谢综合征组（MS组，8只）、利胆化痰活血方低剂量组（LHH-L组，8只）、利胆化痰活血方中剂量组（LHH-M组，8只）、利胆化痰活血方高剂量组（LHH-H组，9只），药物组分别予相应药物，Control组和MS组予生理盐水，灌胃6周。各组分别测量大鼠体质量、腹围、体长，取材后称量肝湿质量、内脏脂肪质量，计算肝体比和Lee's肥胖指数。 结果干预6周后，与MS组比较，LHH-H组体质量、肝湿质量、肝体比、Lee's肥胖指数均降低（P＜0.05），内脏脂肪质量、脂肪系数显著降低（P＜0.01）；肝脏脂肪变程度明显减轻。 结论利胆化痰活血方能够改善MS大鼠肥胖指标。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the influence of Lidan Huatan Huoxue prescription (LHH) on obesity-related indexes in rats suffering metabolic syndrome (MS) induced by high-fat, high glucose and high-salt diet. MethodsAll 42 SD rats were randomized into Control group (nine rats), eating common fodder, and Model group (33 ones) with high-fat, high glucose and high-salt diet, raising for 12 weeks, to establish MS rat models. After modeling, the Model group was allocated to MS group (eight rats), low (LHH-L group, eight rats), moderate (LHH-M group, eight rats) and high (LHH-H group, nine rats) dose group of LHH, the medication group accepted the corresponding medicines, Control group and MS group physiological saline, drenching for six weeks. To detect body weight, abdominal circumference and length of body of the rats in different groups respectively, weigh wet mass of the liver and the mass of visceral fat after taking the tissue, and calculate liver body ratio and Lee's obesity indexes. ResultsAfter intervention for six weeks, compared with MS group, body weight, wet mass of the liver, liver body ratio and Lee's obesity indexes lowered in LHH-H group (P<0.05), the mass of visceral fat and fat coefficient significantly reduced (P<0.01); liver fatty changes relieved obviously. ConclusionLHH could improve obesity-related indexes in MS rats.
