摘要:
目的探讨改良敷脐疗法联合雷火灸对卵巢癌术后气虚血瘀证患者胃肠功能障碍的影响。 方法选择在沧州市人民医院行卵巢癌根治术的患者200例，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组100例。两组于术后行常规治疗措施，对照组采取雷火灸治疗，观察组于对照组的基础上给予改良敷脐疗法。两组均连续治疗7天。比较两组患者胃肠功能紊乱症状消除时间、胃肠道症状分级评分量表（gastrointestinal symptom grading scale，GSRS）评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。 结果治疗7天后，观察组首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间早于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组GSRS评分均降低（P＜0.05），且观察组降低更明显（P＜0.05）；总有效率观察组［98.00%（98/100）］高于对照组［90.00%（90/100）］（P＜0.05）；两组治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。 结论改良敷脐疗法联合雷火灸有助于改善卵巢癌术后气虚血瘀证患者胃肠功能障碍，可有效减轻患者胃肠紊乱症状，疗效明显，且安全性好。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the influence of modified umbilical compress therapy joined with thunder-fire moxibustion on gastrointestinal dysfunction in ovarian cancer patients after radical surgery of Qi deficiency and blood stasis pattern. MethodsAll 200 patients who accepted radical surgery of ovarian cancer in Cangzhou People’s Hospital were chosen and randomized into the control group and the observation group with 100 cases in each group. Both groups accepted conventional therapeutic measures after the operation, the control group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion, and the observation group was given modified umbilical compress therapy on the foundation of the therapy the control group received. Both groups were treated for seven days continuously. To compare the disappearance time of gastrointestinal dysfunction, the scores of gastrointestinal symptom grading scale (GSRS), clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. ResultsAfter seven days of the treatment, the observation group was earlier than the control group in the first anal exhaust time, initial defecation time and the recovery time of borborygmus (P<0.05); after the treatment, GSRS scores in the two groups were lowered (P<0.05), and the decrease of the observation group was more significant (P<0.05); total effective rate of the observation group was [98.00%(98/100)], higher than [90.00%(90/100)] of the control group (P<0.05); no obvious adverse reaction occurred during therapeutic courses in the two groups. ConclusionModified umbilical compress therapy joined with thunder-fire moxibustion could improve gastrointestinal dysfunc-tion in ovarian cancer patients after radical surgery of Qi deficiency and blood stasis pattern, and it could effectively improve the symptoms with noticeable clinical effects and good safety.
