目的分析甘肃省10家三级公立中医医院绩效考核部分指标的现状和发展趋势。 方法从全国公立医院绩效考核管理平台获取2023年度甘肃省10家三级公立中医医院相关数据，按照考核平台操作手册（2025版）指标解读及导向进行数据分析。 结果通过9个三级指标，形成3组数据气泡图，发现10家中医医院功能定位、费用控制、人才培养等方面均符合指标要求，次均费用增幅有所波动，未能呈现持续向好态势，但指标显示几家医院中医药特色鲜明。 结论10家中医医院相关指标总体看好，但收支结余数据未遵循导向，存在高成本负债等情况，有提升空间。三级公立中医医院应重视医院发展相关指标变化，加大指标内容相关建设，提高中医药服务能力和水平。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the current status and development trends of selected performance evaluation indicators in ten tertiary public Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hospitals in Gansu Province. MethodsData of the ten hospitals for the year 2023 were obtained from the National Performance Appraisal Management Platform for Public Hospitals, and data analysis was conducted in accordance with the indicator interpretation and guidelines specified in the Platform Operation Manual (2025 Edition). ResultsThrough the construction of bubble charts based on nine tertiary indicators, data from the ten TCM hospitals were grouped into three sets. The results demonstrated that the hospitals generally met the indicator requirements in terms of functional positioning, cost control, and talent cultivation. However, the average cost per visit showed some fluctuations and failed to exhibit a sustained positive trend. Nevertheless, the indicators revealed that several hospitals maintained distinctive features in Traditional Chinese Medicine. ConclusionThe overall indicators of the ten hospitals are promising, but their revenue and expenditure balance did not comply with the guidance, with problems such as high costs and liabilities, leaving room for improvement. Tertiary public TCM hospitals should pay attention to the changes of development-related indicators, strengthen indicator-oriented construction, and improve the capacity and level of TCM services.
