摘要:
采用梯度洗脱的反相高效液相色谱法(RPLC),首次建立了10批不同产地、不同批次牛胆粉药材由17种成分组成的色谱指纹图谱。本研究所建立的牛胆粉RPLC指纹图谱从试样提取的精密度、稳定性、图谱重复性等方面均符合《中药注射剂指纹图谱研究的技术要求(暂行)》中的有关规定,该方法具有重现性好,特征性强,方法简便、快速等特点,可用于牛胆粉药材真伪鉴别和质量评价。
Abstract:
chromatographic fingerprints of ten batches of NiuDanFen(Pulvis Billis Bovis) from different producing areas and different batches including 17 kinds of ingredients were initially established by adopting reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC)with gradient elution. The accuracy, stability and fingerprint repeatability of fingerprint conformed to the regulations in Technical requirements of herbal injection fingerprint study, the method, reproducible, convenient and rapid, others, could be used in the differentiation and quality assessment of NiuDanFen.
