摘要:
目的：观察低频脉冲电刺激联合穴位贴敷治疗产后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各30例。对照组采用传统的诱导排尿法，观察组在此基础上，使用低频脉冲电刺激联合穴位贴敷治疗。2小时后观察2组孕妇排尿情况。结果：尿储留发生率观察组明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)；首次排尿时间观察组早于对照组(P＜0.05)；排尿后残余尿量观察组少于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：低频脉冲电刺激联合穴位贴敷治疗产后尿潴留可有效预防产后尿潴留的发生。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of low frequency electrical stimulation combined with acupoint application in treating postpartum urinary retention. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group equally. The control group adopted traditional induced urination method, the observation group were treated by low frequency electrical stimulation combined with acupoint application on this basis. The urinations of the pregnant women in both groups were observed in two hours. Results: The observation group was lower than the control group obviously in the incidences of urinary retention(P＜0.05); the observation group was earlier than the control group in initial urination time (P＜0.05); the observation group was less than the control group in residual urine volume after urination (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Low frequency electrical stimulation combined with acupoint application in treating postpartum urinary retention could effectively prevent its incidence.
