摘要:
目的：观察川芎嗪注射液联合髓芯减压术治疗SteinbergⅡ期股骨头坏死患者临床疗效。方法：将120例患者随机均分为2组，每组60例。对照组给予髓芯减压术治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用川芎注射液静脉滴注，观察2组治疗前后Harris髋关节评分、疼痛积分的变化情况及临床疗效和并发症发生情况。结果：优良率观察组为78.33%，对照组为60.00%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。Harris髋关节评分、疼痛积分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。并发症发生率观察组为5.00%，对照组为8.33%，2组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：川芎嗪注射液联合髓芯减压术治疗SteinbergⅡ期股骨头坏死临床疗效好，安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore therapeutic effects of ligustrazine injection and core decompression in treating femoral head necrosis at SteinbergⅡstage. Methods: Altogether 120 patients were randomized into two groups,60 cases each group, the patients in the control group were treated with core decompression, and the patients in the observation group accepted intravenous dripping of ligustrazine injection on the basis of the therapy the control group accepted, the incidence of the complications, clinical effects, the changes of pain scores and Harris hip joint score of both groups were observed before and after treating. Results: The excellent rate of the observation group was 78.33%, higher than 60.00% of the control group, and the difference indicated statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of Harris hip joint score and pain score between before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The incidence of the complications of the observation group was 5.00%, lower than 8.33% of the control group, and the difference had no statistical meaning (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Ligustrazine injection and core decompression are effective in treating femoral head necrosis at SteinbergⅡstage with high safety.
