摘要:
目的：观察参附注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：将心力衰竭患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组给予西医常规治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用参附注射液50 mL+5%葡萄糖注射液100 mL静脉滴注，1次/d，14天为1个疗程。比较2组患者临床疗效、心率、血压及左室射血分数(LVEF)、高敏C反应蛋白(hr-CRP)、B型利钠肽(BNP)。结果：总有效率观察组为96.0%，高于对照组的82.0%(P＜0.05)。治疗后2组患者心率、收缩压、舒张压与治疗前相比均下降(P＜0.05)，但观察组下降程度与对照组比较差异不明显(P＞0.05)。治疗后2组BNP、hr-CRP均较治疗前降低(P＜0.05)，LEVF和每分输出量增加(P＜0.05)，观察组改善程度优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：参附注射液联合西医常规治疗能够改善气阴虚兼血瘀型慢性心力衰竭患者心脏功能，效果优于西医常规治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of ShenFu injection in treating chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods: A total of 100 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 50 cases each group, the control group were given conventional therapy of Western medicine, and the observation group accepted intravenous dripping of ShenFu injection, 50mL, and 5% glucose injection, 100 mL, once each day, 14 days were one course. To compare clinical effects, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and B type natriuretic peptide(BNP) between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%, higher than 82.0% of the control group(P＜0.05). After treating, heart rate, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure lowered in both groups compared with before treating(P＜0.05), the difference was insignificant when the decrease of the observation group was compared with that of the control group(P＞0.05). BNP and hs-CRP of both groups decreased after treating compared with before treating(P＜0.05), LVEF and output per minuter increased (P＜0.05), the observation group was superior to the control group in the improvement(P＜0.05). Conclusion: ShenFu injection based on conventional therapy of western medicine, its effects are superior to only conventional therapy of western medicine could improve cardiac function of CHF patients of Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis pattern.
