摘要:
从分期分级辨证、证候兼夹性、三因辨证、不同诊断标准等方面探讨慢性心力衰竭临床辨证的复杂性，指出慢性心力衰竭临床辨证分虚实、标本、先后、主次和兼夹证等，难以用单一证型概括所有症候群；多因素共同影响证型分布，如不同分期分级、基础病因、地区、体质、年龄、性别、民族等；目前诊断标准不能完全覆盖临床辨证需求，因此提出以病理因素代替常规证型的诊断新思路。
Abstract:
The complexity of clinical syndrome differentiation of chronic heart failure (CHF) is discussed from syndrome differentiation by phases and stages, mixed syndromes, three-cause syndrome differentiation and different diagnostic criteria and others, it is pointed out that the clinical syndrome of CHF could be differentiated into deficiency and excess, the symptoms and the root cause, early or late, primary and secondary, the mixed syndromes and others, it is difficult to summarize all syndromes with a single syndrome; multiple factors affect the distribution of syndrome jointly, such as different phases and stages, basic cause, region, constitution, age, gender, nationality and others; currently the diagnostic criteria can not completely cover the clinical, so a new diagnostic approach to replace the conventional syndrome with pathological factors is proposed.
