摘要:
从恶性肿瘤、掣引法、正邪理论的中医学概述，恶性肿瘤、正邪理论、掣引法三者之间的联系以及掣引法治疗恶性肿瘤的新思路3方面入手探讨基于正邪理论的掣引法的肿瘤免疫疗法新思路，指出恶性肿瘤尤其是恶性肿瘤中晚期患者以正气亏虚为主，虚不受补，宜缓缓图之，尤以《黄帝内经》掣引之法扶正祛邪，即从肺、脾、肾3脏论治、从缓补之法论治、从中药配伍论治，同时配合免疫疗法可有效提高肿瘤患者生存质量和延长生存期，增强患者免疫力。
Abstract:
Lifting and tonifying Qi method as a new idea of tumor immunotherapy based on healthy Qi and evil theory is discussed from three aspects: the overviews of malignant tumor, lifting and tonifying Qi method and healthy Qi and evil theory in TCM, the connections between malignant tumor, lifting and tonifying Qi method and healthy Qi and evil theory, and the new ideas in the treatment of malignant tumor by lifting and tonifying Qi method. The patients suffering malignant tumor, particularly the ones at advanced stage, manifest the depletion and deficiency of healthy Qi, and they are too weak to accept the tonic, tonifying should be made slowly, especially lifting and tonifying Qi method in Huangdi Neijing could enhance healthy Qi and eliminate the evils, that is, treatment from lung, spleen and kidney, treatment from the slow tonic method, treatment from the compatibility of herbs, simultaneously, combining with immunotherapy could effectively raise the quality of life and survival period, and strengthen the patients' immunity.
