摘要:
目的：观察中西医综合治疗方法对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的临床治疗效果。方法：将80例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组50例，采用膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠，同时配合中药内服、静脉滴注鹿瓜多肽注射液治疗；对照组30例，采用膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗。结果：治疗组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对于KOA早、中期患者，采用中西医综合治疗可以阻止病情发展，效果良好。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of comprehensive treatment on knee osteoarthritis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Method: Eighty patients were randomly allocated into two groups: 50 cases in treatment group received injection of sodium hyaluronate into knee cavity, intravenous drip of cervus and cucumis polypeptide injection as well as took Chinese herbs orally; 30 cases of control group were only given with injection of sodium hyaluronate into knee cavity. Clinical effects of both groups were compared and analyzed. Result: Curative effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group with statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine could prevent the condition from worsening with better effect and fewer adverse reactions for knee osteoarthritis at early and medium stages.
