摘要:
目的探讨盘龙七片联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。 方法将60例气滞血瘀型膝骨关节炎患者，采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊；同时辅助膝关节功能锻炼。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上联用盘龙七片，两组均连续治疗12周。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后视觉模拟量表（visual analog scale，VAS）、重奎森功能演算指数（Lequesne）、美国特种外科医院膝关节评分（hospital for special surgery knee score，HSS）、西安大略麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数（The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities，WOMAC）评分的变化情况。 结果观察组总有效率［96.67%（29/30）］优于对照组［90.00%（27/30）］（P＜0.05）。VAS、Lequesne、HSS及WOMAC评分两组治疗前后组内比较及治疗后两组组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论盘龙七片联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效优于单纯使用硫酸氨基葡萄糖。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss clinical effects of Panlongqi tablets and glucosamine sulfate capsule in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). MethodsSixty patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by using random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given glucosamine sulfate capsule; simultaneously, supplemented with knee function exercise. The observation group took Panlongqi tablets based on the therapy the control group received, both groups were treated for 12 weeks consecutively. To observe clinical effects, VAS, Lequesne, HSS and WOMAC scores before and after treating between both groups. ResultsTotal effective rate of the observation group was 96.67% (29/30), higher than 90.00% (27/30) of the control group (P<0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in VAS, Lequesne, HSS and WOMAC scores before and after treating within two groups, between both groups after treating (P<0.05). ConclusionClinical effects of Panlongqi tablets and glucosamine sulfate capsule in the treatment of KOA are superior to these of single use of glucosamine sulfate capsules.
