摘要:
目的：探讨活血化浊胶囊对大鼠高脂血症的治疗作用。方法：采用高脂饲料建立高脂血症大鼠模型，并设立空白组、模型组、阳性对照组(血脂康组)、活血化浊胶囊大、中、小剂量组，4周后观察活血化浊胶囊对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂水平的影响及体质量、肝指数的变化。结果：活血化浊胶囊能降低高脂血症模型大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TCH)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、脂蛋白a(LPa)、载脂蛋白B(APOB)的水平(P＜0.05)，能升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、载脂蛋白A(APOAI)的水平(P＜0.05)，并明显降低肝脏的脂质沉积(鼠体质量及肝指数)(P＜0.05)。结论：活血化浊胶囊具有治疗大鼠高脂血症、调节其血脂代谢异常的作用，对高脂血症有明确的防治效果。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey therapeutic effects of HuoXue HuaZhuo capsule on hyperlipidemia in rats. Method: Models with hyperlipidemia were established by high fat feed and allocated into blank group, model group, positive control group (XueZhiKang group), and large, medium, small dose groups of HuoXue HuaZhuo capsule. Effects of HuoXue HuaZhuo capsule on blood fat and weight, liver index of rat were observed after four weeks. Result: HuoXue HuaZhuo capsule can reduce the levels of TCH, TG, LDL, LPa and APOB in serum of rat model (P＜0.05), can raise the levels of HDL and APOAI (P＜0.05), and also can reduce lipid deposition (weight and liver index) obviously(P＜0.05). Conclusion: HuoXue HuaZhuo capsule has the function of treating hyperlipidemia and regulating the metabolism of blood fat, and can prevent hyperlipidemia effectively.
