摘要:
目的：评估手法配合陇中Ⅰ号汽雾透皮疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法：采用随机、单盲、阳性治疗平行对照的方法将 343 例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组采用手法配合陇中Ⅰ号汽雾透皮疗法治疗，即先熏蒸，再手法；对照组应用单纯陇中Ⅰ号汽雾透皮疗法治疗，2 组均以 10 日为 1 个疗程，治疗 1 个疗程后观察患者治疗前后体征、临床症状等基线变化情况。结果：治疗组疗效明 显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗组临床积分较对照组下降明显(P＜0.05)，患者治疗前后无不良事件发生。结论：手法配合陇中Ⅰ号汽雾透皮疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效明确、安全可靠。
Abstract:
Objective: To assess clinical efficacy and safety of manipulation and Gansu mist transdermal therapy No.1 for knee osteoarthritis. Method: All 343 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group with a randomized, single blind, positive and parallel controlled method. The treatment group received manipulation and Gansu mist transdermal therapy No.1, i.e., steaming first and manipulation second; the control group was only given with Gansu mist transdermal therapy No.1. Ten days were one course of treatment, changes of the symptoms and body signs in the patients were observed before and after treating for one course of treatment.Result: Clinical effects of the treatment group were obviously superior to that of the control group (P＜ 0.05);compared with the control group, clinical scales of the treatment group was decreased significantly (P＜ 0.05), there was no adverse reaction before and after treating. Conclusion: Manipulation combined with Gansu mist transdermal therapy No.1, safe and reliable, could gain definite effects in treating knee osteoarthritis.
