摘要:
目的：观察动力髋螺钉(dynamic hip screw，DHS)联合中药治疗中老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法：将60例股骨粗隆间骨折患者根据不同治疗方法分为观察组(DHS内固定联合中药治疗)与对照组(DHS内固定)各30例，观察比较2组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、Harris评分及并发症情况。结果：与对照组比较，观察组术中出血量最少，术后并发症发生率低，骨折愈合时间快，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组髋关节Harris评分优良率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：DHS内固定联合中药治疗中老年股骨粗隆间骨折，术中出血量少、骨折愈合快，并发症少，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of dynamic hip screw (DHS) and TCM in treating senile patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur. Method: All 60 patients were randomized into the observation group (internal fixation with DHS combined with TCM) and the control group(internal fixation with DHS) equally. The conditions of complication, Harris scale, healing time of bone fracture, bleeding amount in the surgery and operating times of both groups were observed and compared. Result: Compared with the control group, bleeding amount in the surgery was less, the incidence of postoperative complications was lower, healing time of bone fracture was shorter in the observation group, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05); excellence rate of hip Harris scale in the observation group was higher than that of the control group notably, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Internal fixation with DHS and TCM in treating senile patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur are worthy of widely spread and application in clinic with the advantages of less bleeding amount in the surgery, rapid recovery of bone fracture and fewer complications.
