摘要:
目的：研究强力感冒片的HLPC指纹图谱。方法：采用HLPC方法测定，色谱柱：KromasilODS-2 C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)；检测波长：327 nm；流速：1.0 mL/min;柱温：25℃；乙腈-0.4%的磷酸水溶液(12:88)为流动相。结果：确定了7个共有峰，5批样品每批处理两份，10份样品指纹图谱的相似度均在0.9以上，绿原酸的线性范围为0.03～0.33 μg/mL,加样回收率为 101.27%。结论：所建立的HLPC简便可靠，可用于强力感冒片的质量控制。
