摘要:
从病因病机、辨证论治及体会3方面入手探讨中医药治疗免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的思路与方法，夏小军主任医师认为免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的病因病机为外邪侵袭、血热妄行，情志过极、血失统摄，饮食伤中、湿热内蕴，劳倦久病、损伤气阴4方面，临床辨证为热迫血行、阴虚火旺、气不摄血、瘀血阻滞4型，用自拟升板系列方加减治疗的同时应注意本病虚实夹杂，临证应辨证论治，勿忘温补脾肾，活用活血化瘀法，且常用中药黄芪、墓头回、紫草、甘草4味。
Abstract:
The thinking and method of TCM in treating immune thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) are explored from the cause and the pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment and the experience, and Xia Xiaojun thinks that the causes and pathogenesis of immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) are the invasion of external pathogen, bleeding due to blood-heat, emotional stress, blood losing control, diet injury, internal accumulation of damp-heat, overstrain and long illness, Qi-Yin damage, and the disease could be differentiated as four patterns: bleeding due to blood-heat, Yin-deficiency and fire excess, Qi failing to control blood, obstruction of blood stasis, modified selfmade blood platelet-improving prescription series are used to treat the disease, at the same time, excess and deficiency, and the complications should be noticed, the disease should be differentiated in clinic, warming spleen-kidney and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis should be used flexibly, commonly-used drugs are HuangQi [Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bunge.], MuTouHui (Patrinia heterophylla Bunge), ZiCao (Lithospermum erythrorhizon) and GanCao (Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.).
