摘要:
目的：分析中医药治疗慢性盆腔炎的文献，为科研及临床工作者提供参考并分析未来发展方向。方法:在中国知网中按照设定检索方式进行专业检索，将检索结果导入Citespace绘制关键词网络图谱和时区视图，导入SPSS 21.0绘制聚类树状图。结果：在关键词知识图谱方面，慢性盆腔炎、中药灌肠、中药、盆腔炎、中西医结合等成为研究的热点；在关键词聚类树状图方面，主要分析中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎常见证型、中医药治疗慢性盆腔炎常见的研究类型；在关键词时区分布知识图谱方面，以10年为一研究阶段，研究主题依次为中医药临床观察、中药灌肠治疗的临床疗效研究、中药灌肠具体改善慢性盆腔炎的临床症状等。结论：中医药治疗慢性盆腔炎的文献涉及理论、临床等各个环节，又结合了现在科技手段，具有较好的发展前景。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide the reference for scientific research and clinical workers, and explore future development direction by analyzing the literature of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID). Methods: Professional search was performed in the light of the set retrieval mode in CNKI, the search results were imported into Citespace to draw keywords network map and time zone view, and SPSS 21.0 to draw clustering tree. Results: In the matter of keywords knowledge map, CPID, traditional Chinese medicine enema, traditional Chinese medicine, pelvic inflammation, integrative medicine and others have been to research hotspots; in the matter of clustering tree, it mainly focuses on the aspects of treating common patterns of CPID by traditional Chinese medicine enema, the common research types of traditional Chines medicine in treating CPID and others; in the matter of keywords and time zone distribution knowledge map, ten years were chosen as one research stage, the research subjects were clinical observation, the study on clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine therapy, clinical symptoms of CPI improved by traditional Chinese medicine enema concretely, and so on.Conclusion: Literature of traditional Chinese medicine in treating CPID has involved many links including theory, clinic and others, based on modern scientific and technological means, which possesses better prospects for development.
