目的：调查了解甘肃省居民中医药健康文化素养水平，为开展相应传播活动提供科学依据。方法：采用多阶段抽样方法，对2160名15～69岁常住人口进行面对面问卷调查，采用Rao-Scott调整χ2检验分析不同人口学特征居民中医药健康文化素养水平的差别。结果：2017年甘肃省居民中医药健康文化素养水平为10.7%(200/2043)。其中城市20.2%(181/1024)高于农村1.7%(19/1019)，汉族11.4%(195/1888)高于少数民族3.1%(5/155)；随着文化程度和经济收入的增高，居民中医药健康文化素养水平也相应增高；教师的中医药健康文化素养水平最高67.7%(20/37)、农民的最低4.3%(58/1359)，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。甘肃省居民五维度中医药健康文化素养水平从高到低依次为：信息理解能力30.5%(564/2043)、文化常识23.2%(439/2043)、健康生活方式20.0%(387/2043)、基本理念19.8%(377/2043)、公众适宜方法3.1%(56/2043)。结论：甘肃省居民中医药健康文化素养处于较低水平。应针对农村、少数民族地区等重点区域，低文化程度、低收入人群等重点人群及中医药公众适宜方法等重点问题开展传播活动。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide scientific reference for carrying out the corresponding communication activity through investigating and understanding the levels of health literacy of TCM among the residents in Gansu province. Methods: Using multistage sampling method, face to face questionnaire survey was conducted among 2160 residents aged between 15 and 69 years, Rao-Scott adjusted chi square test was adopted to analyze the difference in the levels of health literacy of TCM among the residents in Gansu province with different demographic characteristics. Results: The level of health literacy of TCM among the residents in Gansu province of 2017 year was 10.7%(200/2043). Among them, city 20.2%(181/1024) was higher than village 1.7%(19/1019), the Han nationality 11.4%(195/1888) higher than ethnic group 3.1%(5/155); as the education and economic income increase, the levels of health literacy of TCM among the residents rose accordingly; the level of health literacy of TCM was the highest among teachers 67.7%(20/37), the lowest in peasants 4.3%(58/1359), and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Five dimensions of the levels of health literacy of TCM among the residents in Gansu province ranked from high to low: information comprehension ability 30.5%(564/2043), cultural knowledge 23.2%(439/2043), healthy lifestyle 20.0%(387/2043), basic concept 19.8%(377/2043) and public appropriate method 3.1%(56/2043). Conclusion: Health literacy of TCM among the residents in Gansu province is at a lower level. The dissemination of TCM should be carried out among the key groups of low education level, low income and others in key areas of rural area and ethnic groups around TCM public appropriate methods.
