摘要:
目的探讨慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)3~5期非透析不同中医证型患者不同区域及不同腧穴体表平均温度变化规律。 方法将CKD 3~5期非透析患者作为CKD组,同期本院体检中心30例健康人作为对照组。应用红外热成像技术采集研究对象红外热图,记录并比较不同区域(双肾区、双膝区、督脉区)及腧穴(双侧肾俞、双侧太溪、命门)的体表平均温度。 结果脾肾阳虚证组双肾区、督脉区红外热体表平均温度低于对照组及脾肾气虚证组、肝肾阴虚证组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脾肾阳虚证组双膝区红外热体表平均温度低于肝肾阴虚证组,其中右膝区脾肾阳虚证组低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脾肾阳虚证组双侧肾俞、命门穴红外热体表平均温度低于对照组及肝肾阴虚证组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脾肾阳虚证组双侧太溪红外热体表平均温度低于对照组,其中右侧太溪脾肾阳虚证低于肝肾阴虚证组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论CKD脾肾阳虚证非透析患者双肾区、双膝区、督脉区、双肾俞及命门穴红外热像图体表平均温度低于肝肾阴虚证患者。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss the variation rule of average body surface temperature in different areas and acupoints in non-dialysis patients with different TCM patterns stage 3~5 CKD. MethodsNon-dialysis patients with stage 3~5 CKD were chosen as CKD group, and 30 healthy people from the physical examination center of our hospital were selected as the control group of the corresponding period. Infrared thermal imaging technology was applied to collect infrared charts of the research objects, to record and compare mean body surface temperature in different areas (bilateral renal regions, bilateral knee regions and governor meridian region) and acupoints [bilateral Shenshu (BL23), bilateral Taixi (KI3) and Mingmen (GV4, DU4)]. ResultsAverage surface temperature of infrared thermogram in bilateral renal regions and governor meridian region in spleen-kidney Yang deficiency group was lower than that of the control group and spleen-kidney Qi deficiency group, liver-kidney Yin deficiency group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Average surface temperature of infrared thermogram in bilateral knee regions in spleen-kidney Yang deficiency group was lower than that in liver-kidney Yin deficiency group, among them, right knee region of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). Average surface temperature of infrared thermogram in bilateral Shenshu and Mingmen in spleen-kidney Yang deficiency group was lower than that of the control group and liver-kidney Yin deficiency group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Average surface temperature of infrared thermogram in bilateral Taixi in spleen-kidney Yang deficiency group was lower than these of the control group, among them, right region in spleen-kidney Yang deficiency group was lower than that of liver-kidney Yin deficiency pattern group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.01). ConclusionAverage surface temperature of infrared thermogram in bilateral kidney regions, bilateral knee regions, and governor meridian region, as well as bilateral Shenshu and Mingmen in non-dialysis patients of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency pattern CKD is lower than that of liver-kidney Yin deficiency pattern patients.
