摘要:
目的探究择时穴位按摩联合情志干预在急性脑梗死（acute cerebral infarction，ACI）后康复期患者中的应用效果。 方法选择ACI后康复期患者96例，采用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各48例。对照组采用基础护理并给予情志干预，观察组在此基础上进行择时穴位按摩。比较两组患者干预前后语言功能［采用西方失语症评定法（Western aphasia battery，WAB）评估］、神经功能［采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（national institutes of health stroke scale，NIHSS）评估］、运动功能［采用运动功能积分量表（fugl-meyer assessment，FMA）评估］、焦虑状态［采用焦虑自评量表（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）评估］、抑郁状态［采用抑郁自评量表（self-rating depression scale，SDS）评估］、自我护理能力量表［采用自我护理能力量表（exercise of self-care agency scale，ESCA）评估］及生活质量［采用世界卫生组织生存质量量表简表（world health organization quality of life-brief version，WHOQOL-BREF）评估］，并评估两组患者的护理满意度。 结果干预后，两组患者WAB评分、FMA上肢及下肢评分、ESCA评分、WHOQOL-BREF评分均较干预前升高（P＜0.05），NIHSS评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均较干预前降低（P＜0.05）；且观察组上述各项指标的改善程度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组操作技能、护理态度、沟通技巧维度评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05），两组健康教育、出院指导维度评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论择时穴位按摩联合情志干预可有效促进ACI康复期患者语言功能、神经功能及运动功能的恢复，改善其焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，提升自护能力与生活质量，并提高患者对护理服务的满意度。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo survey the application effects of timed acupoint massage joined with emotional intervention on ACI patients during convalescence. MethodsAll 96 ACI patients during convalescence were selected, and allocated to the observation group and control group using random number table method with 48 cases in each. The control group adopted basic nursing and emotional intervention, and the observation group received timed acupoint massage. To compare lingustic function (WAB), neurological function (NIHSS), and motor function (FMA), anxiety status (SAS), depression status (SDS), self-care agency scale (ESCA) and quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF) before and after the intervention between two groups, and to assess the patients’ nursing satisfaction in the two groups. ResultsAfter the intervention, WAB scores, FMA scores for the lower and upper extremities, ESCA scores and WHOQOL-BREF scales of the two groups were elevated than these before the intervention (P<0.05), NIHSS scores, SAS scales and SDS scales were lower than before the intervention (P<0.05); the improvements of the above indexes in the observation group were better than these in the control group (P<0.05). The observation group was higher than the control group in the scores of operational skills, nursing attitude and communication skills (P<0.05), the difference had no statistical meaning in the scores of health education and discharge guidance (P>0.05). ConclusionTimed acupoint massage joined with emotional intervention could effectively promote the patients’ recovery of linguistic function, neurological function and motor function during convalescence, improve the bad moods including anxiety, depression and others, enhance self-care ability and quality of life and the patient?s satisfaction with nursing service.
