摘要:
目的研究并建立胃特安片的质量标准。 方法采用TLC法对川芎、白术进行鉴别，采用HPLC法检测胃特安片中橙皮苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量，以ODS2 C18（4.6 mm×150 mm，5 μm）为色谱柱，以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（19：81）为流动相，流速1 mL/min，检测波长265nm，柱温30℃，进样量10 μL。 结果薄层色谱图斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰；盐酸小檗碱在5～250 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9995）；样品的平均加样回收率为97.4%，RSD为1.9%。橙皮苷在14～700 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9992）；样品的平均加样回收率为97.1%，RSD为1.9%。 结论该方法具有操作简便、结果准确、灵敏度高等优点，能够用于控制胃特安片的质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study and establish quality standard of Weitean tablets. MethodsTLC was used to identify Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) and Baizhu (Largehead Atractylodes Rh), HPLC method was used to detect the contents of hesperidin and berberine hydrochloride in Weitean tablets, ODS2 C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) as chromatographic column, acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (19:81) was used as the mobile phase, flow rate:1 mL/min, detection wavelength was 265nm, column temperature: 30℃, sample size was 10 μL. ResultsThe spots of TLC were clear, and the negative control had no interference; berberine hydrochloride presented good linear relationship in the range between 5 and 250 μg/mL (r=0.9995); average sample recovery was 97.4%, RSD was 1.9%. Hesperidin showed good linear relationship in the range between 14 and 700 μg/mL (r=0.9992); average sample recovery was 97.1%, RSD was 1.9%. ConclusionThe method has the advantages of simple operation, accurate results and high sensitivity, and it could be used to control the quality of Weitean tablets.
