摘要:
李兴勇教授认为，膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)为本虚标实之证，以风、寒、湿、热瘀阻经络为标，以肝肾亏虚为本，宜以补肝益肾、活血化瘀、清热利湿等法分型论治，同时结合西医疗法，充分发挥中西医结合的优势，做到标本兼治。
Abstract:
Professor LI Xingyong believes that the major syndromes of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) are deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, and he thinks that stagnation of wind, cold, dampness, heat and blood stasis in meridians are the superficial pathogenic factors, and the deficiency of liver and kidney are the root factors. So the treatment should be made according to syndrome differentiation such as nourishing liver and kidney, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and clearing heat and dampness, and western therapy should be combined at the same time. The therapy method above can full play the clinical advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy and achieve treating the symptoms and the causes.
