摘要:
目的根据肿瘤患者治疗期间发生汗证的病机，探讨子午流注理论指导下的穴位贴敷疗法对缓解化疗相关性汗证的效果。 方法选择化疗期间出现汗证的患者214例，随机分为观察组（108例）和对照组（106例）。对照组给予参芪扶正注射液治疗，观察组辨证择时给予穴位贴敷，观察两组临床疗效、健康状态评价临床获益率、生活质量（the European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire，EORTC-QLQ-C30）评分及不良反应。 结果观察组治疗后第5、7天临床总有效率及健康状态评价临床获益率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组功能量表、症状量表中多项维度评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05），但两组总健康状况评分无明显差异（P＞0.05）。两组治疗期间无明显不良反应发生。 结论根据子午流注理论辨证择时穴位贴敷治疗化疗患者汗证，能有效缓解患者临床症状，提高其生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of acupoint application therapy on alleviating chemotherapy-related sweat syndrome under the guidance of midnight-noon ebb-flow theory according to the pathogenesis of sweat syndrome in tumor patients during therapeutic period. MethodsAll 214 patients suffering sweat syndrome during therapeutic period were randomized into the observation group (108 cases) and the control group (106 cases). The control group was treated by Shenqi Fuzheng injection, and the observation group accepted acupoint application at appropriate time according to syndrome differentiation, to observe clinical effects, clinical benefit rate of health status evaluation, the scores of EORTC-QLQ-C30 and adverse reaction between both groups. ResultsThe observation group was higher than the control group in clinical total effective rate and clinical benefit rate of health status evaluation at the fifth and seventh day after the treatment, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group in multiple dimension score among the scales of function and symptoms (P<0.05), while the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of the scores of total health status between both groups (P>0.05). no obvious adverse reaction happen in the two groups. ConclusionAcupoint application according to midnight-noon ebb-flow theory in treating sweat syndrome of chemotherapy patients could effectively relieve clinical symptoms and raise quality of life.
