摘要:
槲皮素是一种广泛存在于自然界的黄酮类化合物,具有包括抗肿瘤在内的多种生理活性。从诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡抑制增殖、阻止肿瘤细胞侵袭及转移、逆转肿瘤的多药耐药、化疗药物增敏、改善抗肿瘤药物的不良反应等方面对槲皮素的抗肿瘤作用机制作进行小结。
Abstract:
Quercetin, the flavonoids widely existed in the nature, has a variety of physiological activities including anti-tumor. The paper reviews its antitumor mechanism from inhibiting the proliferation by inducing the apoptosis of tumor cells, preventing tumor cells invasion and metastasis, multi-drug resistance mechanism of tumor, chemosensitization and improving the adverse reaction of antitumor drugs.
