摘要:
目的：观察中西医结合治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将高脂血症性急性胰腺炎患者68例随机分为治疗组38例与对照组30例，2组均予综合治疗，治疗组在此基础上经空肠营养管注入复方大柴胡汤治疗，7天后观察2组患者血TG浓度，腹痛、腹胀缓解时间、肠功能恢复首次排便时间、血尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间以及临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗组腹痛、腹胀缓解时间、肠功能恢复首次排便时间及血尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P＜0.05)；2组治疗7天后血TG浓度均下降，治疗组下降更明显(P＜0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗能有效控制高脂血症性急性胰腺炎患者的全身炎症反应，促进胃肠道功能恢复，缩短病程。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore curative effects of integrative medicine in treating hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis (HLAP). Methods: Sixty-eight patients were randomized into 38 cases of the treatment group and 30 cases of the control group, both groups received comprehensive treatment, the treatment group accepted compound Da ChaiHu Tang through jejunum nutrient canal, clinical effects, the time of amylase in the serum and urine returning to normal, the first time of defecation, remission time of abdominal pain and abdominal distension, the concentrations of serum TG were observed in seven days. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group (P＜0.05); the treatment group was shorter than the control group in remission time of abdominal pain and abdominal distension, the first time of defecation and the time of amylase in the serum and urine returning to normal (P＜0.05); the concentrations of serum TG were decreased after treating in seven days, the decrease of the treatment group was more notable (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of integrative medicine could effectively control systemic inflammatory response of the patients, promote the function recovery of gastrointestinal tract and shorten the course of the disease.
