摘要:
目的：观察肝胃百合汤联合雷贝拉唑治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：将84例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组42例。2组均口服雷贝拉唑治疗，观察组在此基础上服用肝胃百合汤，比较2组临床疗效、复发率及治疗前后临床症状评分的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为92.86%，对照组为73.81%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。腹痛、腹胀、口苦、恶心等临床症状评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。复发率观察组为7.14%，对照组为16.67%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：肝胃百合汤联合雷贝拉唑治疗慢性胃炎临床效果较好，且可降低复发率。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of liver-stomach lilii decoction and rabeprazole in treating chronic gastritis (CG). Methods: All 84 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 42 cases each group. Both groups took Rabeprazole, the observation group took liver-stomach lilii decoction simultaneously, the changes of clinical symptoms scores, the recurrence rate and clinical effects of the patients were compared between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%, higher than 73.81% of the control group, and there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the scores of clinical symptoms including abdominal pain, abdominal distension, bitter mouth, nausea and others (P＜0.05); the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 7.14%, lower than 16.67% of the control group, and there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion:Liver-stomach lilii decoction and rabeprazole in treating CG could obtain better effects and reduce the recurrence rate.
