摘要:
目的：观察中药脐敷治疗急性轻症胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将66例患者随机分为观察组34例和对照组32例。对照组给予禁食、胃肠减压、补液、营养支持、监测和补充电解质、生长抑素、奥美拉唑及防治感染等西医常规治疗。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用中药脐敷，每24小时换药1次。2组均以3天为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：痊愈率观察组为67.65%，对照组为56.25%，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；总有效率观察组为91.18%，对照组为78.12%，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组患者腹部体征缓解时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间、住院天数等相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：中药脐敷治疗急性轻症胰腺炎疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of umbilical dressing in treating mild acute pancreatitis. Method: All 66 patients were randomized into 34 cases of the observation group and 32 cases of the control group. The control group received routine treatment of western medicine including fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, fluid infusion, nutrional support, electrolyte supplement and monitoring, somatostatin, omeprazole and others to prevent infection, the observation group took umbilical dressing on the foun dation of the treatment given to the control group, the dressing was changed once each day. Three days were one course of treatment and clinical effects were observed after two courses of treatment. Result: Cure rate of the observation group was 67.65%, higher than 56.25% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Total effective rates of both groups were 91.18% and 78.12%, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in relieving time of abdominal signs, recovery time of gastrointestinal function, recovery time of hemodlastase and hospitalization days(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Umbilical dressing is effective in treating mild acute pancreatitis.
