摘要:
目的:研究益气活血方对大鼠慢性脊髓压迫后脊髓功能恢复的影响。方法:从60只SD大鼠中，随机选取10只作为假手术组：仅暴露椎板，未造成脊髓压迫，以生理盐水进行灌胃；其余的SD大鼠采用自体第7颈椎棘突椎间移植法制造大鼠脊髓压迫模型，根据改进Rivaling的斜板实验的平均度数、Tarlov评分、BBB评分将其分为益气活血方高、中、低浓度组，颈复康组，NS组。益气活血方高、中、低浓度组及颈复康组按0.01 mL/g灌胃给药，NS组及假手术组灌服等量NS，每日给药1次，连续4周。连续灌胃4周，分别在开始灌胃时，灌胃1、2、3、4周时，采用改进Rivaling的斜板实验、改良Tarlov评分、BBB评分等指标监测大鼠运动功能。结果:不同浓度的益气活血方及颈复康均能显著增加Rivaling的斜板实验的平均度数、Tarlov评分、BBB评分，与NS组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:益气活血方具有促进大鼠慢性脊髓压迫模型中脊髓功能恢复的作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the effects of YiQi HuoXue prescription on functional recovery of spinal cord of the rats with chronic spinal compression. Methods: Sixty SD rats were chosen and ten rats were selected as sham operation group randomly; only exposing vertebral plate, no spinal compression, intragastric administration of physiological saline; other SD rat model with spinal compression was established by the seventh cervical spine intervertebral transplantation, according to average degrees of reformed Rivaling inclined plate test, Tarlov score and BBB scores, the rats were divided into high, moderate and low concentrations groups of YiQi HuoXue prescription, JingFuKang group and NS group. The rats in high, moderate and low concentrations groups of YiQi HuoXue prescription and JingFuKang group accepted intragastric administration of the corresponding medicine in the ratio of 0.01mL/g, NS group and sham operation group received the lavage of equivalent dose of NS, medication once each day, for four weeks consecutively. Motor function of the rats were monitored by adopting reformed Rivaling inclined plate test, Tarlov score and BBB scores before intragastric administration, at the first, second, third and forth week after lavage respectively. Results: YiQi HuoXue prescription and JingFuKang in different concentrations could increase average degrees of reformed Rivaling inclined plate test, Tarlov score and BBB scores, the difference had statistical meaning compared with NS group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: YiQi HuoXue prescription could promote functional recovery of spinal cord of the rats with chronic spinal compression.
