摘要:
目的：对甘肃省地方习用药材白石脂的质量标准进行提高。方法：采用显微鉴别、化学反应鉴别对白石脂药材进行定性鉴别。采用容量分析法测定白石脂中三氧化二铝(Al2O3)的含量，样品经氢氟酸-盐酸进行湿法消解后，加入乙二胺四醋酸二钠滴定液络合，以二甲酚橙为指示液，用锌滴定液滴定。结果：显微鉴别、化学反应鉴别特征明显。三氧化二铝(Al2O3 )线性关系良好，相关系数r=0.996；精密度、稳定性的RSD＜2.0%；加样回收率为101.41%～104.85%(RSD=1.35%，n=6)。结论：所建方法简便易行、准确，重复性好，可用于白石脂药材的质量控制。
Abstract:
Objective: To improve quality standard of Gansu provincial traditional medicine Baishizhi. Methods: Microscopic identification and chemical identification were used to perform qualitative identification of Baishizhi. Capacity analysis to detect the contents of aluminum oxide in Baishizhi, after wet digestion with hydrofluoric acid-hydrochloric acid, the samples were mixed with disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate volumetric solution, and titrated with zinc titrant by taking xylenol orange as indicator fluid. Results: The characteristics of microscopic identification and chemical identification were obvious. Aluminum oxide showed good linear relationahip, the correlation coefficient r=0.996; RSD of precision and stability＜2.0%; average recovery was 101.41%~104.85% (RSD=1.35%, n=6). Conclusion: The method, simple, feasible, accurate and reproducible, could be used for quality control of Baishizhi.
