摘要:
目的观察恒古骨伤愈合剂经皮定向离子导入治疗慢性腰痛病的临床疗效。 方法将符合诊断标准的90例患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用恒古骨伤愈合剂经皮定向离子导入治疗，对照组外用氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏。分别于治疗前、治疗2周、治疗后3个月时评定疼痛视觉模拟评分（visual analogue scale，VAS）、Oswestry功能障碍指数（oswestry disability index，ODI）及临床疗效。 结果观察组治疗2周后有效率为80.00%（36/45），治疗后3个月有效率为86.67%（39/45）；对照组治疗2周有效率为91.11%（41/45），治疗后3个月有效率为77.78%（35/45），两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。VAS评分及ODI两组组内各个时间节点及组间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论恒古骨伤愈合剂透皮治疗慢性腰痛，可以降低VAS和ODI评分，与非甾体消炎止痛药相比，虽短期疗效不显著，但长期效果较为稳定。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of transdermal iontophoretic delivery of Henggu bone wound healing agent in the treatment of chronic lumbago. MethodsNinety patients meeting diagnostic criteria were randomized into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with trans-dermal iontophoretic delivery of Henggu bone wound healing agent, and the control group accepted flurbiprofen gel patch for external application. To assess VAS, ODI and clinical effects before treatment, after two weeks of treatment, and three months after the treatment respectively. ResultsThe effective rate of the observation group after two weeks of the treatment was 80.00% (36/45), and 86.67% (39/45) in three months after the treatment; while the effective rate of the control group was 91.11% (41/45) after two weeks of the treatment, and 77.78% (35/45) in three months after the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in VAS scores and ODI within both groups at different time nodes (P<0.05). ConclusionTransdermal iontophoretic delivery of Henggu bone wound healing agent in the treatment of chronic lumbago could lower VAS and ODI scores, compared to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory pain relievers, its long-term effects are more stable, though its short-term effects are insignificant.
