摘要:
目的建立舒乐康洗液中苍术素、盐酸小檗碱、蛇床子素、咖啡酸含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。 方法Syncronis C18(250 mm×4.5 mm,4.6 μm),检测波长:323 nm;乙腈(A)-0.02 moL/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.2%三乙胺,磷酸溶液调pH值至2.83)(B);梯度洗脱;柱温:40 ℃;流速:1.0 mL/min。 结果苍术素、咖啡酸、盐酸小檗碱、蛇床子素分别在3.2317~48.4750 μg(r=0.9998)、0.6474~9.7110 μg(r=0.9996)、18.4200~276.3000 μg(r=0.9998)和6.1467~92.2000 μg(r=0.9997)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为99.37%、100.78%、99.48%和98.98%,RSD分别为1.09%、1.31%、0.97%和0.89%。 结论该法操作简便、稳定、重现性良好,结果准确,适合用于舒乐康洗液中苍术素、盐酸小檗碱、蛇床子素、咖啡酸含量分析。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo establish a method of determining the contents of atrctylodin, berberine hydrochloride, osthole and caffeic acid contained in Shulekang lotion by HPLC. MethodsSyncronis C18 (250 mm×4.5 mm, 4.6 μm), detection wavelength: 323nm; acetonitrile - 0.02mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (containing 0.2% triethylamine, adjust the pH value of the phosphate acid solution to 2.83); gradient elution; column temperature: 40 ℃; current velocity: 1.0 mL/min. ResultsAtrctylodin, berberine hydrochloride, osthole and caffeic acid presented good linear relation in the range between 3.2317 and 48.4750 μg (r=0.9998), 0.6474 and 9.7110 μg (r=0.9996), 18.4200 and 276.3000 μg (r=0.9998), 6.1467 and 92.2000 μg (r=0.9997) respectively, average sample recovery rates were 99.37%, 100.78%, 99.48% and 98.98% respectively, with RSD of 1.09%, 1.31%, 0.97% and 0.89%. ConclusionThe method, simple and convenient, stable, reproducible and accurate, is suitable for the content analysis of atrctylodin, berberine hydrochloride, osthole and caffeic acid contained in Shulekang lotion.
