摘要:
目的：通过对肺源性心脏病患者中医四诊信息的收集调查，对肺源性心脏病进行证候分类研究。方法：采用结构方程模型方法对肺源性心脏病进行证候分类。结果：结构方程模型拟合参数（GFI）为0.932，拟合度高，具有统计学意义。结论：咳嗽、胸闷、咯痰、倚息、夜间多尿、形寒怕冷、气短为结构方程的基础信息，符合肺心病的临床表现和病理特征。
Abstract:
Objective: To study syndromes classification of pulmonary heart disease (PHD) by collecting and investigating the information of four diagnostic methods of the patients with PHD. Methods: The syndromes of PHD were classified with the model approach of structural equations. Results: Structural equation model fitting parameter (GFI) was 0.932, and the fitting degree was high with statistical meaning. Conclusion: Cough, chest depression, expectoration, propped breathing, diuresis at night, physical cold and fear of cold, shortness of breath are basic information of structural equations, they are in accordance with clinical manifestations and pathological features of PHD.
