摘要:
慢性髓系白血病属中医“虚劳”“积聚”“癥瘕”“瘰疬”等范畴。其病因病机为先天禀赋不足，邪毒内蕴骨髓；后天失于调理，邪毒入血伤髓。临床辨证为邪毒内蕴、气血暗耗，痰瘀互结、气阴两虚，毒瘀交阻、阴精亏损及毒瘀炽盛、阴阳两虚4型；分别选用自拟慢粒系列方进行治疗；临证应注意辨病辨证相结合，清热解毒贯穿始末；消癥积须清热解毒，正确掌握轻重缓急。
Abstract:
Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is of the categories of “consumptive disease”, “JiJu”, “ZhenJia”, “scrofula” and others. Its etiology and pathogenesis are congenital deficiency, internal accumulation of pathogenic factor and toxin at bone marrow, loss of regulation, pathogenic factor and toxin entering blood and hurting the marrow. It could be divided into four patterns: internal accumulation of pathogenic factor and toxin, consumption of Qi and blood soundlessly, intermingled phlegm and blood stasis, dual deficiency of Qi and Yin, internal obstruction of toxin and blood stasis, depletion of Yin-essence, toxin and blood stasis thriving, dual deficiency of Yin and Yang, and was treated by selfmade CML prescription series respectively, when CML is treated in clinic, disease differentiation should be combined with syndrome differentiation, clearing heat and detoxifying are throughout all the therapeutic course, eliminating ZhenJi should clear heat and detoxicate. the order of importance and emergency should be grasped accurately.
