摘要:
目的：观察除湿胃苓汤治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法：将400例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组200例。对照组采用口服盐酸依匹斯汀胶囊片10 mg/次，2次/d和外用复方氟米松软膏3次/d治疗，观察组在此基础上口服除湿胃苓汤。观察2组临床疗效、湿疹面积及严重捐数(EASI)评分、瘙痒程度评分、炎性因子水平、不良反应及复发率。结果：总有效率观察组为94.00%，对照组为81.50%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。EASI和瘙痒程度评分及炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)及白细胞介素10(IL-10)水平治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不良反应发生率、复发率观察组分别为2.50%、4.00%，对照组分别为8.50%、9.50%，2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：应用除湿胃苓汤治疗慢性湿疹能够显著提高临床疗效，加快临床症状和炎症状况的改善，且不良反应和复发率低。
Abstract:
Objective：To observe clinical effects of ChuShi WeiLing decoction in treating chronic eczema. Methods: All 400 patients were randomized into the control group(200 cases) and the observation group (200 cases). The control group accepted oral epinastine hydrochloride capsules and 10 mg each time, twice each day compound flumetasone ointment for external use, three times each day, the observation group took ChuShi WeiLing decoction orally. Clinical effects, eczema size, EASI scales, itching degree scales, the level of inflammatory factor, adverse reaction and the relapse rate of both groups were observed. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%, higher than 81.50% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of EASI, itching degree scores, the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 within two groups before and after treating(P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction and the relapse rate of the observation group were 2.50% and 4.00% respectively, lower than 8.50% and 9.50% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: ChuShi WeiLing decoction in treating chronic eczema could raise clinical effects notably, improve clinical symptom and the inflammation with low adverse reaction and relapse rate.
